Weight Watcher Chocolate Chip Cookies
Here’s a WW recipe my friend Janie gave me. These are so good!
Mini Chocolate Chip CookiesÂ
2T. Butter, softened
2T. Canola Oil
1/2 c. Brown Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg white
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. mini choc. chips
Preheat oven to 375
Cream together butter, oil, and brown sugar.
Add vanilla, salt, and egg white and mix thoroughly.
Mix in flour and baking soda.
Add choc. chips and stir.
Drop by 3/4 t. onto baking sheet.
Bake for 7-10 min. depending on how chewy you want them to be.
I need to check with my friend, Janie, but I think that 2 cookies equals 1 point. But, the key is to make the cookies small. If you make them too big, you’ll be eating more points than you’re counting. I usually double the recipe b/c my boys love them.

Sorry, Lyra, but there are some things that just shouldn’t be “weight-watchered”.
On top of that list for me would be Megan’s chocolate chip cookies. And peanut butter. And mayo.
I have to admit, these cookies are REALLY good and if you eat more than 2, you’ve totally ruined the “low-point” concept. And, when I make them, I’m baffled that they are weight watchers, but I’m not going to second guess. I’m just gonna be ignorant and not dig any further! A girl’s gotta have her chocolate chip cookies sometimes, right?
Thanks girlfriend for putting this recipe up! Oh, and thanks for making them for me last night! They were yummy as always!
I have never been on a blog before. I wanted you to know that I have worked for Weight Watchers for 14 years and have found that their plan and their recipes are wonderful. The good news to Craig is that you can eat whatever you want. You just have to be willing to pay the price! Some food items are just worth it. I find blogging a little confusing, so I hope you get this.

Yum!
I got it, Liz! Don’t feel bad. I didn’t even know what a blog was until about 7 months ago! My husband is helping me catch up in the world of technology. Yes, I am a huge fan of WW. I became a lifetime member before I got pregnant with Shea, and it has really held me accountable.
You’re welcome, Em, for the cookies! And, now you can make them since I finally posted the recipe. Oh, yeah, I wanted to also say that you can refrigerate any extra. Then, you can just bake them fresh when you want them.
