I embedded a slideshow without any help!
The slideshow you see over to the right is full of pictures taken by Amanda Hardy. I’m just so excited that I figured out how to put it there! I know, it needs some adjusting, but Jared can help me with it later. We just said “goodbye” to our dear friend, Mandy, today. She was here for 9 nights and we had such a good time with her. It is such a blessing to have friends who are like family. We went to the art museum, the zoo, and Grant’s Farm. We also had a “girls night”, as well as celebrating the 4th with friends, and going to a cookout/birthday party for our pastor’s son, Joseph, who turned 3. It was a busy week and the time flew. We love you, Mandy!!!!!

Mandy- awwwww. You just made me cry! I LOVE that quote. It is so true. We love you so much, and I’m so glad that you can come here and feel that you are home. You are part of our family, there is no doubt about that. Last night at dinner we were talking about how you had been here for 9 nights and that is the longest we’ve ever had someone stay with us. We were talking about how the time flew by and how we never once started feeling like we were ready for you to go. And Jared said, “She’s the only person who is ever going to stay with us for that long.” Then Gage said, “Well, what about Alex?” And Jared said, “He’s got kids now and there’s no way he could do that.” You are special to all of us and we love you so much!

AAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!! L-dog…My man Gage is growing up so fast and when I look at pictures of Shea in the slideshow, I feel like I am looking at Gage when I left ECU to come home. I am SOOOOO excited to come and see my boys and my schischter in less than 6 weeks!!! And I am saddened that Jared will not be there to argue with me for 5 days, really I am. But you tell him that if I could come for 9 days, like Mandy, I would, and there aint a dag burn thing he can do about it except love every minute of it. In fact, a nine day trip sounds to be a great goal to acheive, just out of love for Jared!!! I love you, Napolean, and guess what? “I’m so excited, and I just cant hide it…I’m about to lose control and I thing I like it!” Lets have a countdown clock on our blogs for when I will be gracing you with my presence.
Emily- the “schischter” in your comment threw me off for a minute, but once I said it out loud, I was right there with you! I can’t wait for you to come!!!!!! And, oh, yes, Jared would just have to deal with it if you decided to come for 9 days. Although, if you brought Cayla, our kids would kill each other after being together that long! I’m totally for counting down on our blogs to your visit! It’s gonna be awesome. I can’t wait to give you a big smack on the butt. Love you!!!!!!
